To verify, often the voltage is stamped on the back of the keyboard, near the power jack. Should say 9V

Sounds like it might be mono output. You can get a mono to stereo adapter, but of course you will hear the same in each headphone.

HI, Your unit is very old and it can be repaired. Look for someone who does vintage synthesizer repair. John, Syntronics.

Some Casio Keyboards use 9V DC (center negative) others 12V DC (center negative).
If check what voltage your Keyboard use. Generic AC adapters are usually center positive. So you have to invert the wire with a new DC plug to make it center negative,
Easiest is to buy a Casio ac adapter made for your keyboard from a Casio retailer.

I haven't been able to find documentation to be sure if the CT-630 has MIDI ports on it (my guess is no, but please check). If it does, you can get something like the Yamaha UX16 USB MIDI Interface cable to connect the keyboard to a PC.
If not, sorry, it seems the only thing you could do is record the audio output.
