It likely needs to be resync'ed since it hasn't been used in a while. The flashing lights show it is trying to connect to the Wii...if they never turn to a steady blue, it never connected. A sync should correct the problem.
First press the red "sync" button on the front of the console, then inside the battery door of the Balance Board. The results should be immediate. If the board never holds a steady blue light after trying to sync, you problem is something else that I couldn't guess!
I hope this helps!

My wii fit board won't connect with tv is the blue light suppose to stay on all the time or flash

Hi, thanks for using Fixya!
  • Open the SD card slot on the nintendo wii, open the battery panel on the wii balance board.

  • Press the two red sync buttons on the wii console and the balance board and hold for 3 seconds.

  • The blue light on the back of the wii balance board should flash for 5-10 seconds and then stay blue.

  • If this doesn't work then try changing the batteries and trying again.

If it still isn't connecting then the problem is something a proper nintendo expert will have to help fix.

Thanks, I hope I have been of assistance.

I recently connected cable tv to my media center, but the remote doesnt work anymore. Do I have to reset it to make it work if I havent used it in a while. I changed the batteries first but it didnt help

if you have a camera mobile phone just place the remote transmitter(front side) before the lens switch on the camera and press anything in the remote if you could see any colored light flashing in it then the remote is working fine.If not try replacing the remote.
If your system comes withe separate drivers for the tuner then try reinstalling them it will help

Compaq presario cq50-100em wont start up

I'm sorry to say this sounds like a system board failure. On my HP DV200t, a very similiar issue occured, eventually only the led where you plug in the power cord would turn blue. I replaced the system board and all the issues went away.
Hope this helps, and I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

2004 altima 2.5s battery died because of cold. got a boost and now the remote start wont work and that blue ligt that is on the mirror for alarm system doesnt consantly flash like it used to. it stays on.

aye man those new cars avoid getting car boost because it will jolt the system and cause all over the vehicle cause it happen to me. Your best option is to remove the battery take it to auto zone napa etc. and have them test to determine either new battery or new alternator which by the powers up the battery.
