This service code C0070 is a universal code used by Konica Minolta to indicate a toner bottle rotation failure. These machines add toner by rotating the toner bottle that you install in the machine. Most of the time this code is caused by a toner cartridge that has been installed incorrectly or has become dislodged from it's holder. To clear the code open the front door or toner door and remove the toner cartridge/bottle from the machine. Close the toner door and if needed open then close the front door to reset the code. Let the machine run. This may take several minutes and will allow the machine to bring the toner bottle receptacle into it's home position. Once the machine stops running completely, then you can re-install the toner cartridge. If the code does not come back you are ready to go.
