Lost manual. I am looking for a manual I can download for the Creative Zen Micro 6GB Mp3 Player In order to operate device.

Connect it to a PC and copy them like it was a pendrive.

Now convinced this is bad boot sector on the HD and searching for a repair utility (the inbuilt zen reformat option doesn't sort it) or have to replace HD with new one.

It can charge on any computer, so long as you have the computer charge cord.

its your usb it not powerfull to make it work most mp players need 2.0 in order to be reconized

Sounds like the hard drive is bad, was the unit dropped?

Go here: Creative.com -->Support -->Downloads -->Select appropriate information -->All Under the Drivers section, download 2.01.00 Under the applications section, download 9. Creative MediaSource Player/Organizer 3.30.21 Or I could just email you the drivers. I have a Zen Micro myself and have the CD also. Or, you can just bypass the need for software if you are willing to use Windows Media Player 10 or 11 to transfer songs to your Zen. You can do this by upgrading the firmware to version 2.21.02. Same location as I mentioned above.
