Thanks rHogElz , Rear panel of tv set has been removed. Have check power going into the tv reading 243v , recorded this after the emi filter. power at the main module also reads 243v. There are 4 leds (3 green) (1 red) all 3 green leds light up when power is turned on at the wall, then after approximate 4 secs red led glows then a relay is triggerd turning the red and 2 of the green leds off. Any suggestions? am i over looking something?

Exactly what he/she said. Four LEDs First 3 green light up, then red comes on and two green LEDs turn off as does tv.

HI MY NAME IS COL, [email protected], I have the same TV with the same problem. It has something to do with a 'dew' sensor inside that trips it out when it senses moisture. It seems after a while the sensor gets carried away and cuts the unit out as it is with your TV. We found if you blow a hot hair dryer through the vents at the back for a few minutes, it will eventually come back on. Once the TV is warm the problem stops. I dont know exactly where the sensor is, and if you find out id love to know. Hope this is of some help. Also im trying to find a replacement remote for the same TV as mine is missing.

MfG
