type in what problem you are encountering and it will display instructions on how to fix, this is if the problem is with your hardware (printer).
If the problem is to do with the application (software) you are using then if you are printing within a word processor, spreadsheet or database etc you need to go into page setup before printing, you will be able to customise the size of all margins to your specifications and also chose/change paper size if need be.

No..it doesn't matter even if I print straight from the printer or printshop 22 it still leaves a small white margin on the top of the page and at the end of the page..when printing borderless just a small white border and regular printing it leaves large white border at top and end of page...was wondering if there is a way to do a print alignment...wish I could show you the page..this has happened before and HP fixed it..now I have stayed for hrs. on line with them and they haven't fixed it yet..we have done reset..by the way I have just started using vista..new computer...really screwed everything up..
I have searched all of hp and spent 4 hrs on tele with them about this..it is the printer....I print fundraising letters from Printshop 22 and can save them and print them from other programs but still can't set them....this software is not compatible with vista so spent over an hr downloading software from hp site for this printer ..still print alingment is not right...seems as though we unplugged printer pressed # 3 then did it with # 6 and then # 9 complete reset..didn't work this time....
Ok hp is replacing the printer...so do I get my money back.????
