Not too much you can do except reset the device to factory defaults and reset up your email, contacts, etc. You should be able to continue to enter in passwords until a point that it will "wipe" device. From there, you can reconfigure your device.
If you have forgotten your BlackBerry device password, and your
BlackBerry device is on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server, contact your
BlackBerry Enterprise Server administrator and request to have your
password reset.
If your BlackBerry device is not connected to a BlackBerry
Enterprise Server and you have forgotten your password, there is no way
to have the password reset without erasing all the data.
If you know the password you're typing is correct, try the following:
Deliberately type in an incorrect password five times on your BlackBerry smartphone.
Before the BlackBerry smartphone allows a further attempt, you will be prompted to type the word blackberry in plain text.
Instead of asterisks, the text you have been entering for the
password will now show in plain text. Check to verify that it is
correct.
If the password is still being rejected by your BlackBerry

that has BlackBerry Desktop Manager installed.
A prompt will appear in BlackBerry Desktop Manager to type the
password for the BlackBerry smartphone. Type your password to rule out

If it is a keypad unlock code kindly enter wrong password for 10 time's you're Handheld will get wiped off. Then it will ask for reset password, Enter the new password and remember that.
NOTE:- No data will be available when your Handheld is wiped off.

unless your on a BES server there is no way to bypass the security feature built in to prevent others from cracking your password. the BES server has the ability to send a reset the password and broadcast it to your phone to unlock it. most effective on those down to the last 2 tries.

Display the menu and select Change Password.

if that doesnt work input a wrong password 10 times and it should reset... try the above method first....
Juat enter the wrong password in 10 times and it will wipe the data and reset it back to factory defaults, downside you will have to resync your phone...
