blue. If it's not flashing red and blue, then it is not in pairing

The Plantronics Explorer 232 is compatible with the HTC Inspire. Once

According to Plantronics, the Explorer 232 (230) is compatible with the

Turn the Explorer 232 off. Shut your phone off for about 30 seconds.Turn your phone and

Plantronics does make a replacement ear loop for the Explorer 232, the
model number is 80334-01. You may want to buy a few while they are
still available for that discontinued headset, see the link below for the
