Check your owner's manual - otherwise you will have to get the radio code from Mercedes. They are unique to each vehicle.

you can go to a Mercedes dealership to have this done if you do not have the code or you can go to this website to get the code with instructions how to set the code in your radio
the cost of this is a fraction of what the dealership charges you

Lost Car radio code after removal of battery head model ML320 1998 version. Serial Number Radio -103725 Label Number: MIC 408013 Reference Number: LP 29102 Made Bose

Real easy. Go to the MB dealership, proceed to the parts department give them the VIN of your car(I used my insurance card) ,they type in your VIN, few seconds... they hand you over a post-it w/ your code.

Go to your car punch in the code and make sure you press OK.

Your done ...radio works again.

P.S. I have a 1999 e320

Lost ML320 Audio System Security Code

Locate the manuals you received when you purchased the car. On the inside cover (front or back) of one of them, the dealer should have pasted a white rectangular sticker with black print identifying the code for the radio. In my case, it was pasted on the inside back cover of the Owners Manual. The sticker has the MBZ emblem on the right, and alpha-numeric text on the right of the emblem making up 3 lines. One line has the code you are looking for, the other has the serial # of the radio.

Alternatively, contact a dealer near you, or send a letter to MBZ. If you send a letter to MBZ you must include the VIN #, and may want to include somthing to prove the you purchased the car and you shipped it to Africa.

Good luck.

Lost ML320 Audio System Security Code

A trip to a Mercedes dealer with your log book and proof of i.d and provided the stereo is the origional factory fit then they should be able to track down the code and instal it for a minimal fee.I needed a new key for my c36 amg, gave them the info from the log book and an origional pre programed key arrived 4 days later from germany.
