What i recommend you doing if you cant remove your antivirus is to download advanced uninstall and force remove that antivirus program,, i suggest getting another antivirus program like avast that is one of the best antivirus programs its lag free it runs smoothly and it never gives any problems...... if you still cant remove that antivirus than remove it manually by going to the programs folder and deleting everything,,, or you could just reformat your computer.that will fix all your problems. good luck

The most likely explanation is that your computer has been infected and subverted, and the virus it already has onboard is able to detect and thwart your attempt to download an antivirus.

You need to download an "antivirus boot CD" on another computer, burn it to CD-ROM there, and boot your infected PC from that. Then the virus won't be able to awaken, and you should be able to disinfect it.
