I have a 2000 honda civic hard staring

I have a 2000 honda civic with a auto transmision. It won't start when it is cold unless you put the gas pedal to the floor. Then it starts and runs a few second and dies. It does this about 5-6 times then runs fine until it warms up and then it again dies unless you give it gas. Engine code scans say multiple missfires. It has new plugs and wires.

anyluck with problem ,please note that this sort of problem is difficult to diagnose from afar ,if i had my head under the bonnet and tried starting it from cold i would have a lot better idea ,then i would try to read the codes and if none found then i would test the sensors with my automotive meter ,check the vacumn pipes and the wiring loom for breaks or damage then go from their ,maybe even learn japanese so i can swear at it in its own language but as stated from afar its difficult to even try to think about what could be wrong

Engine revs but no acceleration

Clutch plate and pressure plate seem to be too weak to pull the car. Or one of the CV joints is detached from the gear box. To test the clutch plate, park the car on flat surface. Pull the hand brake up, start the car, depress the foot brake pedal, depress the clutch pedal, put the car in 1st gear, press the gas pedal and leave the clutch pedal at once, while keeping the brake pedal depressed.
Follow one of the two following statements:
1. Engine does not shut down and remain start. (Clutch plate, pressure plate and clutch bearing defective - Replace all as a set)
2. Engine shuts down. (Clutch system is OK and does not require any repair).

Hello i have a couple issues with a 1991 honda civic it vibrates a lot while in drive and even more when in reverse and has a slow rate of reaction/acceleration when you press the pedal this only happens...

Assuming the idle speed is correctly set. Check for worn out or broken engine and tranny mounts. replace as nessesary. Check for any stored diagnostic trouble codes stored (count the blinking red light on the computer under the passenger carpet.) Check ignition timing, and also cam timing, the t-belt could be a tooth off causing the lack of acell or it could be an internal failure in the transmission. Check the throttle valve cable at the transmision for proper operation and adjustment. There's a few ideas to get you started. Lmk how it goes.

My car when the sun hit, dont start

Do you mean you have trouble starting it when it is hot outside? If so get the battery checked first, heat and cold stress the battery.

If you mean you lose power as you drive when its hot out, that is a whole other problem.
Good Luck

Stalls when cold does not idle when first stared

IAC solenoid (Idle Air Control) is not working and remains closed .... air is passing thru the main air intake duct , opened by pedal ... and not by the air bleed conduct (must open while main must be closed .. Pedal Depressed.) Check IAC Solenoid and connectors. Replace if need....
