My mp3 wont charge

The most common cause is a flat battery. There is a trick to charging the battery in these small mp3 players. It wont charge if it is turned on, and it won't charges if it's turned off. Here what to do...
1. plug the payer into your USB port. or wall charger
2. switch thje palyer on using the mechanical switch (on the side)
3. turn it off by either holding down the play button, or selecting "System" from the menu
4. The screen will go black and the battery will begin charging.

Press the Reset button then try charging it and if it doesn't begin to charge then take it to Radio shack.

Your mp3 player is shot. Your circuit board in your mp3 player has fried. You will need to go out and buy a new one.

you should be charging your mp3 using the cable provided by the manfacturer.check for any defects in that cable (like wear or tear).try a different cable from someone else(friends) and check if its charging..if it does so then buy a new cable separately..

Well it wont be compatible with the mp3. even if it does seem to fit into the slot where it charges you still wont get it to charge. also different chargers deliver a different ammount of energy to the device so it either wouldnt be enough or it would be too much. Take something really skinny like a saftey pin and press the little reset button thts next to the lock switch

you probably have charged the battery when it wasn't empty and got a memory effect
