Hey! I have a same problem right now. If someone will come with a solution, tell me, LOL. BTW, talking about telescopic rails: this stuff is useful even with this kind of issues. I'm building a drawer right now and I already bought telescopic rails. I bought those from the German company. The Germans are really good at making telescopic rails (or, as they call it, qualitative teleskopische f?hrungsschienen). I'm finishing my project right now. I think next week it will be ready.

Pull the handle up almost all the way, the plastic pieces that hold the handle in place come out by pusining in the little black plastic dot but the handle has to be in the correct position. Move the handle up and down till you can easily push in the dot. The handle should then come off easily enough

sometimes the locking mechanism for the wand wears out, make sure u have it all the way in and look where it locks and see if it looks worn
