the colour fault is the bottom lcd screen but you may need a touch screen aswell if its been stood on it may be damaged have you tried touching the screen when its powered up to see if it works as this would eliminate the touch screen.
Might be worth taking it into a phone repair shop to see if they can replace the LCD screen. (yes, a phone repair shop - a lot of them do portable console screens too!) If they can't do it, it's probably unfixable realistically.
