I have the same problem -- the warming plate works when the on-off switch lights up as "on", but lately I often can't get it to light up when I switch it to the "on" position - and the plate doesn't heat up. Is this fixable? Where would I take it for repairs?
the switch pops out and 3 leads need to be gently removed, then order thepart, it's name is..."warming switch" their are lighted and solid versions...easy fix if you have a model # , I do not...lol
