I HAVE A VIVITAR 5022 I TURN IT ON AND THE RED

This is a Manufacturing problem.It has also happened to me and Vivitar said there is nothing I can do to fix it and should just let them replace it. A lot of Vivitar cameras have this problem as well as many others that are usually not the consumers fault. Just a glitch in the technology. I alone have gone through four Vivitar cameras in the last six months. The best thing to do is contact Vivitar directly.
