I will assume you bought it on Ebay or the Internet somewhere from the text you say is on the screen.

There is a possibility you have lost the information on the phone and will need to reinstall anything you have added to it since you bought it, but possibly not.

First thing to try is what is called a "Soft Reset". If you have not already done so, take your stylus and press it lightly into the small hole in the bottom of your phone until you feel a light click. Your phone will restart. If it boots up normally, then you are done, and everything is roses again, and your information should be in tact. Yea!

If not, then you would next try a Hard Reset. This step erases any information you might have added to the phone since getting it and puts it back to the factory defaults. There are two buttons below the screen that when working normally say "Calendar" on the left, and "Contacts" on the right. You need to hold both of these buttons down then insert your stylus into the reset hole at the bottom of your phone. You should get a screen saying "Press SEND to restore Factory default. press END to quit." Go ahead and press the Green Send key. Wait for the phone to reboot. Hopefully at this point your phone will be at the initial setup screen. If it is, follow the directions on the screen to finish the setup.

I realize this is not your phone, but the button locations are the same, and the screen should be similar.

Soft Buttons just above Send and End, and Reset Button :

I hope one of these work for you. If not, don't panic yet. There are still other options... Let me know how it turns out.

SOURCE: Frozen screen with 4 band colors

Your phone is stuck in bootloader mode, it seems that you may need to reinstall your phone OS on your phone.

Go to the HTC site and download your phone's OS files/installer:

http://www.htc.com/us/SupportDownload.aspx?p_id=67&cat=2&dl_id=68

Follow the installer's instructions after you've downloaded the needed file.

Screen on my O2 mini xda II doesn't work; hear the program works but the screen is completely white.

if your unit has been dropped or been in your paocket and got wet by perspiration/sweat, you need a new lcd module. buy a new one and have it installed by a certified technician.

AFTER FLASHING MOBILE DEAD POWER IS`NT ON.

It sounds like you've had problems writing a custom ROM to your phone. You have done it correctly using the CID unlock. Are you using the same WM6 ROM that you have done before?

Firstly, turn off your XDA Orbit.
Then hold down the voice recorder button on the left side of the phone
Then press and hold the power button on the right side of the phone, whilst still holding the voice button on the left.

This should get you into "bootloader mode" which will display a screen with red, green, blue and white stripes - yu should now be able to instlal your ROM using the RRU from the computer with USB connection

If that is not possible, you can install the ROM from a microSD card if you first format the card into Fat32 file system from your computer, then copy the NBH file from your ROM to the microSD card. You will need to rename the NBH file from the ROM to ARTEIMG.NBH for this to work.

Enter bootloader mode and you should see a prompt to press the volume button downwards to start the ROM installation process.

See this page for more information on the MicroSD ROM installation:
