I use samsung netbook nc110, it works normally until I play a video and the screen goes black and won't come back to normal. I bought it 9 months ago and this begin happening last week. Any solutions?

You can use an external monitor to test it. If the external screen does not display anything, then your GPU and or motherboard is dying. If your netbook works good with the external monitor, then your screen is dead.
You can check the operating system and application using this Norton Utilities:

My screen wont display

If you disconnect all the cables except the power cable, is the screen still white? White is unusual as it is the presence of all colors. Thus the white is probably coming from the video source.
If possible connect to a different video source.

Restore Samsung NC 10 netbook to a previous date

This might be able to be done through windows depending on the version you have. Samsungs recovery solution program requires for you to have manually saved a restore point to a seperate partition on the hard drive. in windows go to the control panel and locate the restore function there. I just lost everything on my computer a samsung over the holidays as I did not have a current restore point and got a virus.

My SAMSUNG DLP HLT5675SX TV seems to develop little black spots all over the screen and after a while these black spots become bright white spots. In fact if a non-used Input is selected and the screen is...

It is the chip that controls the millions of mirrors inside the tv. If they are black, they are stuck closed. If they are white, they are stuck open. I JUST had the same the same thing happen with mine. I bought it 3yr and 2 months ago and I had an extended warranty on it for 3 years. Well, needless to say, it was out of warranty and I was pissed. The store I bought it from suggested I call Samsung. Which, I did. They asked for the model number and told me that my model (hlt5675sx) was one of the ones that is covered becasue they had a problem with the chip. Within 2 weeks, my tv was fixed by a repairman who came to my house. It works perfectly, now and it didn't cost me a penny. Good luck.

NC10 netbook screen keeps "whiting out"

If you have to wiggle it on the hinges then it sound like it is a bad ribbon cable connection, it it has somehow broken. There is a thin flat ribbon that runs from the pc to the display. Some patience and care will required. If at a ll possible, take it to an authorized service center, should still be under warranty. Best way to test if from one end to other (pin to pin) for continuity with a volt meter.

Samsung NC10 Screen goes white when plugged into Charge

I too had this problem with my NC10, and i found that on the back, the little slider holding on the battery casing was not in the locked position. As soon as I locked the slider, the problem was solved and has not occurred again.Might not be the case for all these posts above, but worth checking your before having to get involved with customer services etc.
