My phone Nokia 5310 buttons cannot work , when i click them there is no respond and every time the volume bar keep on popping out without me pressing the button . Please help me !
The volume key is stuck that's why the volume bar keeps on popping out. It is also the reason why the keypad is not working. You have to unstuck the volume key to check if the keypad really doesn't work.
Remove the battery cover and battery.
Remove the camera cover by prying the locks along its sides and lifting it up to expose the volume keys.
Insert a needle between the volume key membranes and the board to unstuck it. The membranes should click when pressed.
Install the camera cover in reverse order.
Inform me if the volume keys work fine but the keypad buttons don't.

This solution will erase everything in your phone!!!!!!!! Try this press *+3 call power on buttons all at the same time it may ask for lock code default code is 12345 if that dont work try *#7370# hope this works
either your volume button get damaged or the software gets corrupted in your phone.. change the volume button and format the phone.this willl fix your phone..
i have nokia 5310 mobile xpress music, once i remove the memory card and inserted, now it's asking password but i din't remember of setting password for memory card, pls help me on urgent basis or re-direct to correct party to liaise with..
it either needs to be sent bk for repair or master reset if u can keep it on long enuf. it just sounds lijke a software prob mate, never any reason- some r just fkd, and otherw r good.
There is not much of a solution here other than going to the shop your bought it from, or your network provider shop and/or website and telling them about it. Hopefully your guarantee hasn't run out yet so they will be able to exchange it if you have proof of purchase. Sorry, I know it's not the best cure for it but with the problem your having it's probably the best solution. Hope it helps!
