Clean the cartrdige pins with a lint free cloth (baby-wipe) soaked in rubbing alcohol. This worked on 7 cartridges that were doing the same thing

If you contact Leapfrog they will replace it for you, they seem to know the problem exists and instead of recalling it they are just replacing them if/when consumers call in. We have had the same problem with previous versions of the Leaspter.

I just called Leapfrog with the same problem and they told me to take a pencil eraser and and erase the bottom of the teeth on the cartridge. Worked on all of my games!

When clicking on leapster cartridge in Leapster 2, Leapster reboots itself. There were possibility of dirty cartridges-how does one clean the cartridges if they're in tiny slots?

If the cartridges can be removed, pull them out and try spraying an electronic contact cleaner, power off, and make sure it is safe for plastics, onto the cartridge pins. Then, Gently, slide the cartridge in and out of the socket several times to clean both the socket and cartridge. May have to do this a couple of times.

Batman Leapster Cartridge broken?

Take the cartridge out of the Leapster, blow into the opening with your mouth. Do the same with the Leapster (blow into it). Insert the cartridge and see if that works.

Nintendo ds games

you need to go into the system itself and delete files from the DS itself. The DS has the capability to save files. when the game starts up, go into systems and you should be able to find where the files are and start to delete some.
