Sometimes either a faulty coil begins to fail when it gets hot or there’s an igniter coil behind the flywheel that’s running intermittent when hot. Possibly.
Seems like a fuel flow (volume) issues but which engine? diesel, gas, or propane.
If you haven't change fuel filters recently, try that first. Then test fuel flow from low pressure pump to the injector pump (diesel) or carburetor (gasoline). Propane has its own unique issues.
If your tank had black stuff in bottom check fitting for line going in fuel tank take piece of fuel line look if inside is swelling close and soft ethanol fuel is ******* rubber replace lines don't cost much
could be something floating around but did you fuel it one day and not the other try and run it with the gas cap off there is a vent on the cap that gets plugged
From the rear of machine look at the top left of fuel tank for the fuel line.Where line comes out of tank see if it is pinched where it goes down between frame and tank, grab line and see if it moves freely. If that is OK loosen fuel cap after 10 minutes of run time to see if your vent hole in cap is working. These are 2 common problems for the L series mowers.
