I think your mp3 player is not recognizing the fromat you have filled in your mp3....read the manual and download the suitable format which your mp3 supports.

Adobe Reader is needed to read this manual in pdf format. Enlarge the view to about 200% or choose fill to width of screen in the top bar of Adobe Reader to enlarge fonts and pics. ( zoom - function )
For a large print of the pdf file choose
above the top bar of Adobe Reader:
File > Print...
in the print overview under Page Handling:
Page Scaling [ Tile all pages ]
Tile Scale [ 200 % ]

i have a jensen model# smp 2 GBL it wont play it comes on for a second then turns off. I took out the music put in new music then it played for 5 minutes then turned off and does the same thing again. I put in alot of new batteries that dont work either can you help me
