you need to press and hold the buton until the light stays on to get into pairing mode, when on, go to your phones bluetooth settings, search for bluetooth devices, then when it finds the headset a code will be requested, this is 0000, enter this and the light will flash intermittently telling you its paired with your phone.
Figured out the problem, If you hold the Volume + and - buttons for 5+ seconds, The blue tooth will go into Search mode and flash green and red, This will allow you to connect it to new devices, If it was already connected to a previous device everytime you turn it on its searching for the older device, You have to pair it with the newer device
1) Make sure headset is off.2) Press and hold the answer button until the light flashes green and red.3) If it only flashes green, press and hold both volume buttons until the light lashes red and green.4) It is now ready to pair: follow the instructions in the bluetooth menu of your phone. When asked for the passcode enter 0000.5) All done.
