I have a frizeer 358 lt model H360. one plastic handle of a basket is broken ( why you made it in plastic that is so fragile ?) can I have two , one spare ?

if you got the right basket the handles are already attached
they are either folded into the basket or lift up on the outside to sit on the edge of the freezer
open the lid and remove the plastic ice basket. Look on the walls under the ice basket and you should see a "fill line".. Water should be poured into that area (below where the basket goes) no higher than the max fill line.
No, very rarely internal shelves can be moved between generations. Unfortunately all you can do is an improvisation to keep them in place: you need to make the channel walls higher by gluing some small pieces of thick plastic on them using a powerful adhesive - not superglue, something like Loctite Sumo Glue.
