get a needle, heat it and meld a hole in the covers (round inserts) on the back. skrew a little skrew in the hole and pol de round thing out. Take a kros skrewdriver and remove the skrews.
Also under the battery cover are 2.
take of the cover and you can see the inside of the unit.
Dry them, also the plastic contacts on de prints.
the easiest way is to connect it to your tv. you should have some red, white, and yellow input ports in the front or the back of your tv set. match the color code and have fun:)
resetting that is apparently just a case of removing the batteries and adaptor (if you are using one) wait five or ten minutes... reconnect the adaptor or install the batteries and turn it on
Hi i'm Ryan, my daughters did the same thing, I removed the battery cover and there is a small pin hole with a reset button in it, try resetting it. I did and it came back on and works fine.
Try cleaning the contacts on the games. Push back the sleeve on the game and clean good with alcohol. If this doesn't do it, unplug it, and clean the contacts inside the unit with a qtip.
Have you tried making sure you have connected the right color cords in the back? My guess is that they are in the wrong place as that has happened to me before too. Other thing you can try is make sure your tv is on the right channel, 3,4, AUX channel, etc. If you can hear it, than the sound plug is in correctly that is for sure. Let me know if these work. (I have a vsmile too and am happy to help)
