Take off the kick panel and open up the j-box at the dishwasher only. Just make sure there is no burned wire nut or loose one

drain is probably clogged with something need to get the water out and see if you can remove it

hi did you take the drain hose off at the sink or off at the motor if not at the motor then check the motor drain hose thanks the appliance doc

generally dishwashers rely on the pressure supplied by the water supply line. check to see if it is enough or if inlet pipe is of sufficient diameter for needed flow.in some instances i know of seperate lines needing to be run directly instead of coming off of supply to sink area.
