Try unplug the battery and direct plug the AC power adapter, see what happen..........
and everything ok, that means your battery has problem.
if the laptop don't even turn on, that means the connector of your laptop (the power connect may have problem, THE IS THE WROSE CASE, YOU NEEED TO REPAIR YOUR LAPTOP)
