I have the above sewing machine Model #361 and it didn't come with a manuel can you help?

I have the Shark Euro Pro 361 sewing machine and my top thread and bottom thread are not engadging i dont know what to do the manuel it comes with is awful please help :)
I had the same problem with my Shark Euro Pro 7133. My problem was in threading the upper thread. The manual does not quite explain so I had to figure this out the hard way.
In threading the upper thread . the thread first goes down from the spool througt a groove. When it comes up it must catch a silver lever that moves up and down before moving it down againPlease let me know whether this helps.
How do I get the thread to conect
I am using a new
shark euo-proX and it is constantly jamming. Everything works fine until you try to sew.
Here's a link to the manual for the 361. The mnual is not excellent, but it tells you the basics. I have the same machine, got it on clearance at Target! Have had a few problems here and there, but have always been able to fix it... even though sometimes it required tools and oil, and a bit of dismantling. Any specific problems, and I may be able to help. Just be more specific with what kind of problem!

Me too! Help! I've checked the lower bobbin and it appears that it just isn't picking up the thread. I've been sewing with this machine for awhile now-i'm a beginner-but I know how to thread, etc. I heard a loud noise and now my rotary bobbin doesn't pull the thread around the case. Does that make sense? I dont' know the lingo. sorry :)

top and bottom thread wont connect and stitch
My bottom thread will not engage when I turn the wheel and not connect with the upper thread.
