Nokia 5530 xpressmusic it wont let me read new messages just keeps saying memory full to many apps open, but i dont know how to close the applications

try deleting some apps, or try moving some apps from phone to your memory card. I have never heard of a 3gb card however, so you might try putting a larger card in.

Delete the data from your phone memory like songs,apps etc. If it still dose'nt show full memory then try master code for formating wwwwwaaaaaarning......!!!! it will remove ur all data like messages,contacts,notes and notifications etc.

u have to do re flash ur phone. 100% ok

remove memory card and start up your phone if its still show error then you must update its firmware

check sim messages which stores in sim memory not in inbox of your cellphone,for that go to messaging then select option then select sim messages and delete alls

you need to uninstall some apps that you have installed

First back up your phone, remove your memory card, do a Soft Reset *#7370# . after reset do not insert the memory card , check if the phone is working fine now, if it is then an issue caused by some application installed on ur mass memory , try uninstalling the last installed apps .
If not Update your Firmware using Nokia updates. It shd fix the bug.

Remove your memory card and check if the files are corrupt or infected. if so remove and format the memorry . Now remove off the battery from your phone , keep aside ffor 30 minutes and reset it back. Swithch on without the memory and let it start up , if there are errors indication you will need to reinstall the software, if not reset back the memory and use.

You need a new sim.

Older sims aren't up to the demands of newer handsets anymore so they brought out more powerful and higher voltage sims.

Go to your local mobile phone shop and explain your problem to them and they should be able to sort you out a new sim. :)
