Well unfortunately they are correct :( usually the unlock PUK code will work, but i believe on your particular phone, at this stage, the NEW PUK codes will ONLY work with the updated, upgraded software.. So you are at their mercy and until "They" decide to release an "Upgrade" you are stuck. I know it sux... but there you have it.

Update for omnia is free and available in servic centrs.. Rite nw..its best tht u go to ur nearest servic centr and showthem the problem.
