Take the backup of your phone using pc suit and then just simply reset it to the default factory settings. you can do this by going through the settings of your mobile phone handset. Your problem might be solved for free..!!!

The only thing you can do is try to reset the settings to factory defaults by entering *#7780#. If prompted for your lock code, that will be Nokia's default 12345 unless you've changed it.

Nokia 5220 xpressmusic is a Phone based on S40 symbian platform.
.sis and .sisx files can only be installed on phones based on S60 symbian platform.

.MP4 video format is another option with enhanced clarity when compared to .3GP video format.

your SD card having problem first try to format your SD card through computer then try to format through your phone
