ok try following steps:reboot your phone when they getting reboot press = green button(answer key) + 3 star key(*) but befor that make sure that your phone data will be lost above procudere may restore factory settings of your phone

ok... if it will run for a while you can do this...*#7370# it will set your fone to factory out of box state... or *#6680# and if it still the same.. you have to bring it to the service center and reflash your firmware.. it was corrupted...
