It's clicking and making noise but not cooling! it's new and never been used and I don't have a warranty...
can you help me figure out what is wrong with it?
Check the thermostat. make sure it is turned on. The thermostat can shut it off. Also check to see if you have power to that outlet you are using. If none of that is the problem you can try and bypass the thermostat with a jumper wire( If you are comfortable with do this) Be careful when doing this cause electric shock is possible. don't touch any wires directly

My refrigerator is not 2 years old yet. The problem is the cooling and freezing system. Ice blockage from the freezer to fridge vents is preventing cool air from circulating or even entering. Frost/ ice accumulation in the freezer also. Food spoils unless kept in the freezer. I've tried thawing the unit for two days. That helped somewhat for a few days. Now, it's the same problem again, Ice build up in and around the vents from the freezer. I've tried lowering the temp. But that didn't help either. Please help!
