It was a bugger to find. Look in the manual on page 53. It's titled "Copying Scenes". I guess just follow the directions as listed.

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS10 Digital Drivers

Do you really need a driver?

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com ).

Cannot download photos in built in memory

Use the "Copy" command to copy the photos from the internal memory to the memory card. Then you can download them from the memory card as usual. See page 137 of the Advanced Manual: http://www.fixya.com/support/p1363715-panasonic_lumix_dmczs7_dmctz10_digital_c/usermanual-17D5735-PDF

My Panasonic Lumix FS10 wont take any pictures, (the memory card is write protected) is displayed on the screen?

Look at your memory card. SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Built in memory not detecting after formatting

You need to format your camcorder's memory card using the camcorder itself. Navigate through your camcorder's menus and format it from there.

If you can't really do the format in the camcorder since it is no longer detected, try to reformat that memory in your PC using FAT (not FAT32) if there is a format option. If it is only FAT32, then format it anyway unchecking the "Quick Format" option.

Make sure that your computer is clean and no malware or viruses present since they will write a hidden files and folders in your memory card making it unrecognizable by your camcorder.

Try your luck.
