The model indicated is a older set but chirping usually means a short in the deflection circuit. Is model number correct?

If the model number is correct (chassis number on back should be something like PTK195) it has a "Light Box" which is entire guts of the set---it can be removed and operated with the remote for troubleshooting.

If model number is correct the set may be too old for any extensive repair as some parts are no longer available for it.

Replace light engine.

What kind of tv is it. If it's a rear projection crt type then have it cleaned. If it's a DLP or ILA using a lamp . Replaced the lamp. If i's an LCD or Plasm have it serviced. If it's acrt direct view replace it. The crt is going out and cheaper to replace than repair. Hope this helps.

If the red, green, and blue colors are separated like a rainbow, then the convergence amps are going out. This set has a common problem of two electrolytic caps going bad. The caps are in the upper left-hand corner of the main board and will have a bulged top if bad.
I would not think the picture tubes are bad, especially all at once.
