My screen is frozen and the keybored isn't working?

Get a NEW Power supply.

You could find out if the clutch is frozen or not by turning it by hand. Engine off. If not frozen it could be the fuse or it could be that there isn't enough refrigerant in the system. Also it is possible tHat the switch isn't working, check the relay too.

if the evap fan motor isn't running then most likely this is you rproblem

You should carefully remove the screen and check to make sure all the cables are connected. The touch screen cable probably isn't secure.

a hair blow dryer set to a low heat setting so the plastic isn't melted would work, or towels soaked in steaming hot water placed around it would work too

you will have to contact the phone provider with your details and supply proof of your ID eg:passport or motor car licence or registration no if this is what you mean by breaking the security code

yeah, go to nearest service center and get the parts you want,,,,

try cleaning your computer of dust using a fine air blower from a compressor making sure that there is no moisture in the air line dust causes static to build up in a computer causing it to overheat any many other problems
