Having problems with WIFI I decided to reboot the acer. A reboot of the acer result in a A blue screen on the acer. After another reboot the power button led goes green but the screen stays black.
How can I fix my acer aspire one PC Notebook.

That "Blue Screen" is also known as "Blue screen of Death".
The problem is due driver compatibilty or unstablity.
Try to boot your system to "Safe Boot" by pressing F8 during startup.
Select "Last know good Configuration that works"
Check if it can take you to desktop.
Unstalled the wi-fi driver and reboot.
If the above procedure fails, again
Try to boot your system to "Safe Boot" by pressing F8 during startup.
Select "Safe boot"
Check if it can take you to desktop.
Unstalled the wi-fi driver and reboot.
Now create a restore point and download the lastest version of your WI-Fi driver and installed.
This should work fine.
Otherwise Backup all your important data from your hard drive (mainly opearting system file installed drive usually C:\) and go for a new Installation.
Get online
and got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "Dell
Support" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support).
Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operating
system when requested. Download and install the Network drivers.
If the problem is not solved try running the Check Disk Utility.
To run the check disk utility you will need a repair disc or
a operating system disc. Put the disc in the cd drive and boot from
it. You want to get to the Dos Command Prompt (Black screen with white
letters) and type the following command: chkdsk /r
Check disk will run well over an hour or two and you will notice the
percentages going from high to low, this is normal. Let it run to
completion. Then reboot machine.
If check disk fails to solve your problem you might have to reinstall windows.
Try doing a Repair Install that way you don't loose your data, documents,
music, pictures, videos or programs.
In windows xp you get to the dos command prompt by selecting R for repair when
the options appear.
In Vista and Windows 7 you want to get to the recovery
console and look down at the bottom of the window for the Dos Command.
Try System Restore to roll your system back before the problem started.
You could try rolling your system back to a date when it was working
correctly if you have a good idea of when the problem started. Click
Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore. System Restore
will allow you to select a Restore Point (date and time) before you
started having the problem. System Restore does not delete your data,
documents, music, pictures, videos or programs (unless the program was
installed after the restore point you selected. In Windows 7 just click
Start then type: System Restore in the search box and look up at the
results and click System Restore.
System Recovery on the other hand deletes every thing and sets your system back to when you first purchased it.
