I have a panasonic CT-34WX54J and The Power LED blinks on and off. When I Power off LED, the LED is off, power on, led blinks on and off with no other sounds or actions. I unplugged the unit, waited 30 seconds, plugged back in, turn on, Power LED goes On, the relays click, Degaussing occurs, another click and then LED starts to blink on and off with no other actions or sounds.

Does the power led blink and what's its pattern ( 1 blink, 3blink...)
If power led does not appear it could be a power supply failure but it's not common for Panasonic brand.
Turn on the component that you want to set up.
Press and release the component key you would like to configure. The red LED will blink once.
Press and hold the "Setup" key until the red LED blinks twice, then release.
Enter the first 4-digit code number for the device you are
trying to program. The LED will blink one on each digit entered, except
for the last digit where it will blink twice to confirm that a valid
code has been programmed.
Now test the code by pressing the "Power" key. If the
component turns off, you've got the right code. Follow the same
instructions to set up your other components. If the component doesn't
turn off, return to step 3 and use the next 4-digit code listed.
Either a bad power supply or a bad processor board. A Good Service Shop should know what the 10 blinks are indicating. May be a repair cost between $200 and 400 dollars. Be prepared - Blessings, A/V Media Guy
3 blinks is the error code for the convergence ICs. You need to replace both STK392-110 convergence ICs. You can get replacement ICs at the following link and they provide installation instructions with pictures. http://servicemanuals.vstore.ca/
