Bad idler bearing if not more than one idler in the drive belt path.

With the engine off, Check the tension on the deck belt. If tension is tight then disengage the blades and check the blade pulleys and see if the move freely.

Not normally as they are staked in. It can be done but you need a way to re stake the new bearing so the clutch assy does not fall apart.

It probably best to just replace the clutch assembly and yes they are expensive. If can find the Warner or Ogura model on the clutch you may very find an aftermarket version to fit. You can even the OEM version for purchase outside Husqvarna network.

is the vent in the fuel cap plugged?is it loosing spark?

It seems to me its time to replace your belt as it is stretched and is probably slipping now.

Try putting a jumper wire on the wire going from the engine to the seat. Take that plug and put a wire from one side to the other. Be careful not to cut your feet off when engaging deck.
