E-studio 2830 toshiba printer ... how to clean main charger

This is an erroneous error. The Toshiba doesn't understand the file system on the USB Memory Stick and/or how to process the PDF file. You can't 'reboot the computer', because there isn't one. Load the PDF file _to_ a computer and print from there. The will normally print documents or images from USB stick. On a computer when you open the PDF file, you are actually printing an image.

PROBLEM:
1.The charger wire at the side door is broken. :(" title="Angry">
2. The charge wire is vibrating. :(" title="Angry">
3. Main charger grid could be deformed. :(" title="Angry">
4. Broken T/S wire. :(" title="Angry">
5. High voltage transformer abnormaility. :(" title="Angry">

Solution:
1. Check if any foreign objects are on the charger wire.
2. Check and clean your main charger grid .
3. Replace the wire and the grid.
4. Check if the spring of the high-voltage supply contact point is deformed.

CHECK DRUM CLEANING BLADE
CLEAN MAIN CHARGER AND GRID.

Check if the charger wire at the side door is broken or main charger grid is deformed.
& if any foreign matters are on the charger wire or main charger grid.

1. Check and clean the main charger, replace if required.

2. Check and clean the transfer/sep. unit, replace if required.

3. Before you replace the HVT board, check HVT connector bracket (the black color plastic piece mounted on the machine frame where the main charger connects). If this part is damaged or cracked, the high voltage will arc through this, which can cause C970. (found in several machines).

C360 indicates Charger cleaner motor abnormality. Make sure the charger unit is installed & engaged to the drive gear. It is a common problem on e3511 model, where the main charger unit will loose.

Check the control status of the surface potential sensor (05-242).

The sensor detection value is abnormal or the sensor output value is not changed even though
the main charger bias value is changed.

Is the connector of the surface potential sensor connected properly?

Is the main charger grid/wire attached poorly?
Is the main charger attached poorly?
Are leaks and such occurring?

C970: HVT or charge corona.
Remove main charge and trans/sep. coratron units and check --- make sure wires are not broke, clean grid, clean canals of units.
Replace and part needed.
If coratron units are fine --- replace HVT ( high voltage transformer).
