SOURCE: mouse not working
Go do device manager, under my computer properties. right click on the mouse have the hardware disk inserted and Click yes to allow it to search for new hardware. then in the next window click advance box the second of the two, now in the third window that shows up click the box that allows you to locate the file instead of having the computer find the correct one. there should be about 4 different drivers that show up after the computer searches the disk. Click the one that is called MID-Mouse. PM me for more help this is just a quick help maybe are to follow for some.

Assuming that you have good batteries installed, turn the
Keyboard over and locate the small reset/connect button on the back of the
keyboard and press it. Then try to see if it is working. If not try
pressing the button on the receiver and then on the keyboard.
Hope this
helps. Bud
