Some of the buttons came off. Need to have it repaired. Where can I send it?

If there is any response when you hit the power button that might be a helpful clue to give the repair man.

If your getting nothing it sounds pretty serious, best case its a power supply problem and you need to send it into the manufacturer for repair. Worst case scenario its the main board or something else thats dead and you need to send it in to the manufacturer for repair

If its still under warranty I recommend doing this, if not you might consider getting a new laptop.

It could also theoretically be the power button itself, but again without more details I'd say the manufacturer is your best bet.

You'll need to send this away for repair. Sounds like sand or something in the lens assembly. You can take it to a local camera store and get a repair quote for about $20. They'll send it to an authorized repair depot and hear back how much a cleaning will cost if this is the problem.
