My washing machine wont wash or spin proprly

the water is not pumping out because you have a blockage in the filter unit which is located at the bottom of your machine or possibly a weak pump. the reason that your machine smells is because the water is not discharging. check the filter first for any blockages, i.e coins, bra wires etc. if that doesn't sort it you may need a new pump

The items in the dishwasher are feeling "gritty" and are not clean at the end of the wash cycle

Remove the filter from the lower front section of the wash tub and clean it out.
Then start a wash cycle with no dishes and no soap.
Once the water fills and starts washing, open the door and pour 1 quart of white vinegar in the wash tub.
Close the door to resume the wash cycle.
Let the machine run a complete cycle to the end to help clean out the water ports.

Soap in JetDry dispenser.

Unfortunately there is no easy way to completely get the detergent out of the rinse aid reservoir in one quick method, short of taking the inside panel off the door.

However, I would try a simple way to flush it out. With the door open almost al the way open, pour warm/hot water into the rinse aid fill hole and keep pouring until you start to get clear water coming out. The water will be flowing back out the fill hole you're pouring the water into and should just flow down the door panel into the dishwasher tub. Try to keep the door about 10-15 degrees up from all the way open to let the water get in the rinse aid reservoir.

Just pour the water in slowing so you don't agitate the mixture and you should be able to get it running clear in 5-10 minutes. It could take a gallon or so of warm/hot water to accomplish this, but it will flush it.

When you'r done, just put the dishwasher into a rinse cycle to pump out the water and soap, etc. You may have to run a full cycle afterwards to get rid of any excess detergent in the tub.

Hope this helps and best regards!

Mini load, rinse hold and on/off lights flashing

Check the relay and the control board. Something is telling the inlet valves to stay open and allow water. If you just bought and replaced the inlet valve that would be your next stop

Fabric conditioner stays in the dispenser tray

the holes above the fabric softener tray that shower into it may be blocked. use an upturned washing up brush to scrub them with a little fairy liquid and see if that works, it does for me. also could be a water pressure issue.
