Your system has dropped into a "boot loop".. The best way to fix this is to place your Windows install disk into the machine, then reboot. Go into the BIOS screen and change the boot sequence so the PC boots from the cd or dvd drive then save and exit (F10). once the system gets to the "press a key to boot from cd" option, press a key and let the installation system start up. This will detect an exisiting installation BUT, when it asks if you wish to repair using recovery manager, Press NO.. Then it will go to the setup screen and ask if you would like to fix the existing installation, press YES and setup will replace the damaged system files and re-write the MBR. Let setup finish and remove the disk at the end of the installation then reboot. All should now be well and your files should still be available too..
