If the cahin is rotating the rear sprocket but the rear wheel is not moving then the rear sprocket freewheel is brocken and needs replacing.

The control module normally has a low voltage cut-out to disconnect the battery when it is low. WHat you may be hearing is the relay clicking and disconnecting the battery because your batteries are low in capacity.
Have the batteries load tested to confirm.

Picked this up used. Got it running by replacing all the batteries, however, when you hit the throttle the motor runs the chain in reverse. Any idea whats wrong?

I agree, the battery wires are installed/hooked up backwards. disconnect, then look at the manual for the battery installation diagram for successful installation..

Razor Bella scooter problem

yes sounds like the control module, you can always jump the batteries directly to the motor to make sure that the motor is ok

I was given a mx350 that has been sitting in a garage for a year I charged it for 8 hours but it does nothing the light comes on to show it has power but when i turn the throttle nothing no sound or...

If it was working before it sat, then it is almost certainly the battery (these kinds of batteries suffer if sitting and not fully charged). If you had one, or could borrow a voltmeter, you could check the batt. Also, lots of car part places like NAPA can test batteries for you.

Hope that helps

Battery charger shows charged. however when tun throttle, nothing. no indication of loose wire connections. have a pocket mod

Make sure it is not battery or motor, jump the battery + & - to the motor + & -, if it works it will be the control box

30 minute fix for very cheap

ITEMS NEEDED
Get a Potter & Brumfield relay (5 poles)
2-3 feet of wire
4 female wire ends to plug into relay

HOW TO FIX
Take apart razor so you can see the black control box

Unhook throttle plug, this is the one with 4 wires (2 brown & 2 orange on mine)

Wire relay:
85: Ground
30: Red wire from switch to control box, if you wire this straight to battery it will work with switch on or off (killing battery)
87: Red wire to motor
86: Brown wire from throttle plug

Run a wire from 12v (battery) to other brown wire on throttle plug

END RESULT
When the throttle is activated, it closes the loop in the brown wires, triggers the relay, activates the motor

You WILL NOT have the throttle control, it is wide open or off when you activate/de-activate the throttle

This will save you $30 for a new control (brain) box.

Well every time I pull the throttle I can hear the electronic control module clicking but the bike wont go - Ive checked the wires but they look fine! : (

use a test light and see if the motor gets a hot wire when you pull the throttle, if it does then its a bad motor, if not the throttle is bad. make sure to inspect all connections before beginning to insure no other possabilities.

The electrical motor dies, not before smoking first. It is nyeve of the manufacture to not a protective cover on or around the motor, which electricity flows inside. the 3 vent holes is for heat ventilation
