Screen calibration I can't calibrate my screen properly. I'm unable to pick the centre mark on the calibration screen. When using the ds picks are fine at the edges and become less acurate towards the centre. Why is this and what can be done to rectify it?

Calibrate ds lite

If you would like to calibrate your screen...
Turn the DS on without a DS card inserted (or with auto mode turned off).
Then touch the DS icon in the bottom middle of the screen.
Press the far right yellow icon, with a crosshair in it.
You will then be taken to the calibrate screen.
Touch the small red squares on the screen as they appear.

Press confirm, exit menu.

Wont Clabirate At All Just Keeps On Going Continuously

Chances are, you have your calibration in such a way that your DS wants yout o try again to make sure that your calibrateing it right. Something set it way off probably so small adjustments to star *** back on the right calibration will do well. Hope I helped!

I replaced my DS Lite Touch Screen and now it doesn't respond.

Im really bad at describing things but I hope this helps xD

Please don't for the love of pete go buy another screen. You will only have the same problem like 50 times over.

Since the touch screen isn't working use the rrow keys and the "A" button to selct everything

Take the game out of the DS and turn it back on. Go to the options menu when the DS is on the main Screen(If you dunno what the menu icon is it's at the bottom of the screen about the centre.. the icon is a cute mini DS)

Once you are on the options menu go to the yellow screen and select it ... This is where you calibrate your DS.. i.e make the touch screen work again in most cases.

You should probably calibrate the screen weekly cause the DS is lazy and doesn't remember where the touch sensors are ..

I hope I've helped you and Good Luck xD

Nintendo DS touch screen not working properly

Turn the ds on without a game in it and go to the settings icon (looks like a tiny ds) on the bottom middle of the screen then go to the far right yellow icon and it will re-calibrate the touch screen and let you know if calibration was a success.

Stylus Does Not Match Up With Touch Screen. Has Been Like This For Ages. Sent It Back Once But Did'nt Make A Difference. Could You Maybe Give Us Some Money Back?.

I think your touchscreen must not be calibrated correctly. Turn on your ds without a game and go to the little tiny ds a the bottom. Then click on the yellow orangish icon and it will start calibration. Just touch the marks with the target things to calibrate it.

Nintendo ds touch screen

i had the same problem and have now fixed it succesfully the touch screen works like a grid and is overlayed onto an lcd screen so that when you touch the screen it makes a conection within the grid so that the machine knows where you are touching .....if one of these grids are broken you will never calibrate your screen as the ds doesnt recognise what you are touching .....in short the answer is to replace your touch screen

Nintendo ds calibrating

Hi,
I`ne been working on my dauthers now for a few days.
I have found that in the calibrate screen, if i click the first point (top left), then click the second (bottom right), but instead if clicking the third (middle), i click 4 squares to the right. It puts me in to the test screen....... Now if i play around in the calibration screen, i can ajust where the points of contact happen. I have a feeling that its like a mirror, each one can be turned in different directions, reflecting where to pick up the stylist. If any one finds this help to them, and finds out what excatly what to do...... please, please can you leave a post, expaining what to do
