How do I upload video on to the computer? (Digital video camcorder NTSC optura 20)

You need a firewire (DV) cable and port on your computer. The USB will only read whatever is on the SD card.

Not sure what you mean by wizard - just load the software provided, then connect the camcorder with the lead originally provided.

The USB cable is to download still images only. To download video, you need (1) a firewire cable, (2) a firewire port on the computer, and (3) a video editing software program used to download and edit the video.

you need a firewire cable
it is also called IEEE 1394.
however you need a firewire port on your computer as well.
if you don't have a port like that, then you can buy a firewire pci card.
ask at your local electronics shop.

Canon optura is not connected to my pc

make sure you are using firewire only-not usb-if you are using firewire the computer should recoginize the camcorder as soon as you plug it in
