Sounds like there is a broken wire. the only advise i can give you is to follow the hot wire for that light untill you find the break in the wire.

Headlight low beam r side no power high beam works fine

Sounds like the low beam element in the right side is burned out. The auto parts store should be able to verify that and sell you a new bulb.

How to remove,replace,front right headlight, 200' rav-4 ?

Headlight bulbs are easily replaced. At the back of the headlight assembly, under the hood, find the electrical connector and turn it counterclockwise a quarter turn, then pull out the connector and attached bulb. Remove the old bulb, and replace with your new bulb. Do not touch the glass part of bulb with your hands or fingertips- it will shorten bulb life. Put the new bulb back into place and turn it clockwise to secure it..

Left low beam will not work. daytime running lites and the right low beam works i replaces turn signal switch didnt help also checked fuses

The low beam part of the headlight is probably burnt out. By part;I mean filament;therfore you would need to replace the whole headlight.

Now sure what fuse is for low beam headlight for 2001 toyota Rav 4

there is no low beam fuse ,the fuses work on bulbs which are usually h and l all in one unless you have a 4 lens system like the old cars did.1 fuse for right side and 1 for left is a possibiltybut for h and l i do not think so
