Your grinder needs cleaning- are you using oily beans and/or storing beans in refrig/freezer? Both are a problem for grinder. Also, grinder should not be set to "fine"- it will definitely cause clogging and the situation you point out.. After celaning grinder, will need to re-set it.

Water leaks into side small reservoir, under the grinder.(normally there is only a bit of dry ground coffee. I need to empty it twice a day, because it fills up to the edge. Big water Reservoir at bottom...

Hi
Sounds like your drain is getting plugged with coffee residue. Remove your brw unit. There is an injector that has 2 orange o-rings in it in the back. That pocket below it is filling with water. There is a drain that is to the bottom left that goes into the drip tray in front. Use a prob of some kind that is about 12" long that you can stick down and forward in the drain pocket. Work it towards the fron and you should open the drain again. it fills with oils, so use some hot sudzy water and clean it out.

Coarse grounds and no water!

Hi
Its your grinder that is the problem. It may have come apart. Look at the center burr and see if it is off to one side. If it is that is your problem.

Our Saeco Vienna Deluxe will not stop grinding. Any ideas?

Hi
3 things
1. Grind is too fine. Move to a very coarse grind, say 16.
2. Move the small knob to the - side and try again.
3. If that didn't work your going to have to clean you grinder.

Saeco Easy

I think I have the solution. The "thwok, thwok, thwok" noise is a solenoid opening and then slamming the trap door that dispenses the coffee. Mine had a similar problem.
Upon removing the top, I found that the solenoid, and further that the mount where it attaches to the plastic frame was broken. Basically, the little plastic fin that should hold the lower flange of the solenoid was sheared off. That left the solenoid free to move, and made it impossible to complete the action to move the dispenser trap door.
It looked like there was no easy way to replace that part of the plastic mount, so I epoxied and zip-tied the solenoid into place. It seemed to do the trick. I doubt it will last forever.

Saeco magic comfort coffee machine grinder

Hi,

Make sure you not get any water in the grinder, if you got water in the grinder then you have to clean it.

You can try to set grinding to coarse and try to make 3 cup of coffee.

Saeco Italia SUP021 YR - Red light #29 on solid

Not clear on "Empty bean container/full grounds drawer) - not empty/not full. " But I gather that coffee is not being dispensed. Most Likely the grinder needs cleaning + brew group needs cleaning ( filter ). Do you get water/steam?

Bean hopper is full, grinder is grinding...but NO COFFEE!

Sometimes the chamber between the grinder and brewer will clog up. Try: Open the grind all the way up to the highest number. Push the grind button and while grinding move the dose knob (the one with the + - sign toward minus. If it does not kick in and dose try it again. If it does take off then leave it on the high number for 3 coffees. Then while the grinder is turning move the two knobs back to whre they were. If this does not work you can reomve the brew unit and right above where it sits in the machine there is a trap door that you can open. Open it and shove someting like a straw up toward the grinder and you should get a bunch of grounds droppiing down. Then try the above procedure a couple more times. If this does not work you may need to google "Saeco repair" and send it to an authorized repair center.
