Opened ViviCam 8025 package and annempted to load Image Manager. CD prepares to install and allows me to select the model 8025, but I continue to receive the message that it can't load:
Can't connect to web site
Domain name can't be found
Try again later
Problem has occurred.
Etc.
Any suggestions on how to load software so I can use camera?

I get this error at that webpage: Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (do) isn't associated with any program.

Don't be intimidated by the survey links. I did a quick survey (Pepsi>Coke) and didn't even have to click the two offers before the download started. Now I have the software and I don't have to wait for Vivitar's servers to un-fubar themselves.
I downloaded it from that site and it still won't install for me!

Mine wouldn't work either, it would stop at the language screen. I thought that maybe the camera had to be connected to the computer, so I just tried it with the camera connected and it worked like a charm! Try that! =)

well dont put it in the bin it will work follow this step

step 1 unscrew the camera
2.hair dry it for 1hour after that take the SD out plug it in after 1 hour when you plug it in turn it on then it cant find a chip in the camera called SG chip if you look for that dry it untell none of it is wet then after drying plug it in it will beep then put the CD in and put the SD card in your pc will try to find the SG chip it will try to read it if it cant put the CD in if that still not works then wipe the chip on the top with your finger then look for a control chip that has all the dater in the camera to get this working dry that chip then after 1 hour lret it cool down then plug it in then it works it will beep then it will work thats how I fixed my camera
